This firmware supports the DPO4000 and MSO4000 Series oscilloscopes.

Note: Starting with firmware version 2.15, there are some features and
bug fixes that do not apply to DPO models with a serial number of
C020000 or less. Those items are denoted with a '+'.
(DPO4000 Series products with serial numbers <C020000
require a hardware upgrade to support these features.)

Defects fixed:
	- Some non-volatile memory settings, including number of power-ups 
and operating time, were not correctly restored 
	  after a firmware update with v2.54.  After a v2.54 update, these 
settings will not represent accurate data and cannot be
	  restored.

        With v2.56, non-volatile settings are correctly restored if the 
user has not already upgraded to v2.54.  If a unit was updated 
        to v2.54, this version is unable to restore the original settings.
